I love ham pot pie. This is not the same as the pot pie known in other parts of the country. This is also called dumplings in some parts of the country. I am not sure what this dish is called where you live, but it is by far my favorite leftover ham recipes. If you need leftover ham recipes, this is one you should absolutely try.
