The Famous Russian Tavern situated on the Scottish Isle of Bute has its own Babushka, that's Granny in Scottish! Russian Grannies differ from the Scottish variety by having a wealth of experience in collecting fine food from the wild, for survival as much as providing great taste experiences. Well our Babushka has been harvesting the blackberries, and suddenly the kitchen was full of these exquisite fruits. A raid was made on the stockpile to invent this flavourful lunch.
