How Greek Food can Transform a Boring Diet Typically an average UK or US diet can be a bit boring or drab sometimes. A lot of junk food is also consumed which tends to be very unhealthy and lead to an increase in sickness, disease and bad health. Not to mention over consumption of alcohol. It is a well Known fact that an average Mediterranean diet for example Greek Food contains a lot more fruit and vegetables, Olive oil and Garlic all known to improve your health. They are also more liberal with children allowing them to drink wine and spirits in moderation when they are young which also means the children do not feel the need to go on an alcohol binge when they become adult.
