Do you have a favorite restaurant? What about a favorite dish that you love eating at that restaurant? When I ask people, it seems that many do - although it also true that many of us have more than one favorite. Some people like baby back ribs, fajitas, paella, pot roast, or steak, whereas others enjoy burgers, fried chicken or pizza, but whichever one is your favorite, I am sure you love most when it is prepared in just the way that you like it.
