One of my favorite things in the world to do is cook, so it's only natural that my love of cooking and my love of authentic Mexican food will meet up in the kitchen fairly often. I also have a keen fascination with trying to "recreate" what I've had in a restaurant. If I do say so myself, I've completely nailed most of my favorites - from Cracker Barrel's Hashbrown Casserole to the Pico de Gallo served in my favorite Mexican restaurant.
