Vegan Cooking

Vegan cooking is not new. People of many countries have been enjoying vegetarian meals for years. However, vegan cooking is increasing in its attractiveness. In modern days, more and more people around the world are become aware of the health benefits of omitting or reducing meat in their meals. A rising number of tasty, healthy substitute to meat, such as tofu, tempeh, seitan, and a variety of veggie burgers and veggie dogs, are available in supermarkets and provision shops. All of these factors have led to a new era to vegetarian dining.
