Some of these recipes come from my wife. She is a relative of Mrs. Hystad, and her recipes were in the first issue of Gradma Hystads Recipe's. They have been passed down in the family for the past 45 years. Using simple ingredients found in most homes, these cherished recipes return to basics offering easy to prepare, nutritious meals.
