Salsa is one of those easy party dishes that people never make themselves. Why? There is not good answer, because making salsa is one of the easiest dips to make, as well as one of the most flexible. Experimenting with salsa only produces more varieties and more fun. Most salsas do not require any cooking so the clean up is quick, and making it even quicker. The only down side is that there is never seems to enough for everyone!
