The first question we must ask is if Zucchini is a vegetable or a fruit? Well guess what it's a little bit of both! It belongs to the gourd family, as well as summer squash which is both a fruit and a veggie. One other thing to note is that it has seeds which makes it a fruit (it's a rule!).
