Jerk Pork Recipe

The "jerk" style of cooking is one of the things that Jamaican cuisine is best known for. Basically jerk is a way of preparing meat that gives it a spicy fiery flavor. Originally was used for goat or pork, and indeed it is still used for these meats, but today jerk is also used as method of preparing other meats such as chicken, as well as fish, or even tofu.
