For this wonderful concoction you will need one pound small red-skinned potatoes, one cup king crab leg meat, 1/4 teaspoon salt, two teaspoons lemon juice, three finely chopped scallions, 1/4 grated lemon zest, two tablespoons finely chopped parsley, shredded iceberg lettuce, one tablespoon olive oil, and fresh ground black pepper.
