Fried Rice Recipe Made Easy

"My fried rice recipe seems to be jinxed", mourned my best friend, with the pathos befitting the protagonist of a Shakespeare tragedy. "The rice always resembles a mangled white mass, and the woefully undercooked vegetables, that's a completely different story all together", she was constantly kvetching. In fact, her tryst with Chinese cuisine was so ignominious, that doomsday predictions for the food began well before she entered the precincts of her kitchen!
