The minute you taste that cheesecake your waiter brought to the table, you think, "Oh, i need to know how to make this. There is a unique flavor here that makes this recipe sing." You ask your server how this great dessert was made, and she smiles politely and says, "I can't tell you the recipe, but come back again, and you can most definitely have more." Wow. So then what?
