This saute dish takes a little over 10 minutes cooking time and the ease of preparation would make it a good luncheon dish. This dish was cooked in my own kitchen and served as a side dish. If you would like to make this a main dish (it is vegetarian by the way), you could add about 1 tbsp of cornstarch to 1/2 cup of water or chicken stock to act as a thickener, then serve over cooked spaghetti, or elbow macaroni. Start the pasta first and prepare the saute while it is cooking.
